FunCakes Egg white powder is the ideal subsitute for raw egg whites. This powders makes raw egg whites unnecessary.
To make royal icing, Mix 10 grams of egg white powder, 70 grams of water, 300-500 grams of icing sugar and a drop of lemon juice.
Ingredients: pasteurized dried egg white.
Ratio: 10 grams of Egg White Powder + 70 ml of water = 2 egg whites. Use prepared mixture within 4 hours.
