The FunCakes rolled fondant has an improved rolling quality and a smoother texture which makes it even more easier to use. The fondant hardens after processing. The color is extremely white. FunCakes rolled fondant is also suitable to colour with food colouring. After colouring let the fondant rest for one hour for the best result. Knead it again and roll out. FunCakes fondant is available in more nice colors.
For a round cake with a dia of 24/26 cm you need approx. 500 gram of fondant to cover the cake completely. For decorations, you can add per 250 gram fondant one full teaspoon of tylo powder.. Before use you have to knead it well and roll it out on an thin layer of powdered sugar.
